Meet Douglas Hedger

Judge Douglas Hedger (Ret.) has unparalleled experience he brings with him to Clear Counsel Law Group. He attended Brigham Young University, obtaining a bachelor’s degree in political science. He then graduated from Arizona State University College of Law and was admitted to practice law in Nevada in 1990. He practiced as a criminal defense trial attorney for more than twelve (12) years before being elected to the Henderson Municipal Court bench in 2003. As a Judge, he presided over 1000s of criminal cases. He retired from the bench after serving more than eighteen (18) years as a Judge. He is admitted to the Nevada State Bar and the Federal Bar. He is also a member of many professional organizations including the Clark County Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Henderson Chamber of Commerce. As a partner in the firm, Judge Hedger mentors new attorneys, using his experience to help them learn and develop their skills.
